If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our refund
policy gives you 3 days to return an item bought online with a valid
order number. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot
offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in a re-saleable
condition. That means your item must be unused, undamaged and in its
original packaging.
You may email us directly at [email protected], or go to the
“Contact Us” feature located at the bottom of this page. Be sure to
include the order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason
why for each item. We will respond to you and let you know if a return
has been approved.
Returns must be shipped back within 2 days of your request being
approved. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping
fees are not refunded. Items sent back to us without being first
approved by us will not be accepted.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will let you
know that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will be applied to your bank account or credit card. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund to your account.
Products not in resaleable condition will NOT be accepted by us.
